We found them...alive!

lyrics

One of the corridors was blocked by a collapsed wall
Fir followed his sixth sense
And began to remove some debris

After a few moments, we heard whispering voices
beyond the rocks.
They were human, or semi-human.

We opened a passage through the debris and
we saw a dozen dwarves camped in the darkness.
They were exhausted ... but alive!

Bloodwyn hugged his cousin Athor
"Cousin," the dwarf said.
"I have many things to tell you, but we have to hurry!
The ogres have released something horrible in these corridors"

We gave them the doses of healing potions.
They drank them eagerly.
They were unarmed but for now - at least - they could walk

---
