RESTING ON THE DARK LAKE SHORES

On the lake shores, the heart of the valley
we find a safe place to rest

"The rage of the lizard men tribe had a reason:
they just wanted to revenge their dead.

Sarohma murmurs, as we try to recover
from the escape anxiety

"Do you want to speak with those hungry creatures?
I do not think so" Bloodwyn replies

"Put us in danger again"
says Viktor to Fir
"and I'll cut your head"

Fir remains silent, thoughtful,
turning over into the right hand
the knife with a curved blade, finely finished.
Too much, to belong to a so coarse creatures

We observe the calm waters of the lake:
dark depths, which seem to hide
terrible omens of death

Sulle rive del lago, fulcro della valle
troviamo un luogo sicuro dove accamparci

"L'ira degli uomini lucertola era motivata:
volevano solo vendicare i loro morti.

Troppo, per appartenere a creature tanto rozze

Osserviamo le acque calme del lago:
profondità scure, che sembrano nascondere
terribili presagi di morte

A dreamy, beguiling, nostalgic dungeon synth quest through the shires. But, it's so much more than that. The LP incorporates some unique key changes, field recordings and a lot of Mort Garson style synth work. It sometimes reminds me of old 70's PG horror soundtracks.
