FAREWELL ADVENTURERS (INTO GLORY RIDE)

Coming back home alive
from this umpteenth adventure, we think of this story,
the struggle between the Black Priest and the Saint,
Bran and the valley of forgotten secrets

We believed we were the good protagonists of this story
but maybe we were pawns of a bigger game.
Now, being able to go back, we would have acted differently.
But how could we know?

The truth, after all, is something untrustworthy
and the more you feel close to it the more you are far from it.

But, despite everything, we are sure of one thing:
that we can count on each other. On our friendship.
We are adventurers and we will continue to fight, adventure after adventure
facing the reality, even it may be horrible.

We still fight together, with loyalty, uncaring of death
that could surprise us suddenly everywhere:
in some dark dungeons,
among the most unspeakable horrors
or in the ride to glory.

ARRIVEDERCI AVVENTURIERI (NELLA GALOPPATA VERSO LA GLORIA)

Mentre torniamo a casa, sopravvissuti
a questa ennesima avventura, ripensiamo a questa storia
alla lotta tra il Sacerdote Nero e il Santo
a Bran e alla valle dei segreti dimenticati

Abbiamo creduto di essere i protagonisti buoni di questa storia
ma forse siamo stati pedine di un gioco più grande di noi.
Ora, potendo tornare indietro, avremmo agito diversamente.
Ma come potevamo sapere?

La verità, in fondo, è qualcosa di inafferabile
e tanto più ti senti vicino ad essa quanto più ti sfugge.

Ma, nonostante tutto, di una cosa siamo certi:
che possiano contare gli uni su gli altri. Sulla nostra amicizia.
Siamo avventurieri e continueremo a lottare, di avventura in avventura
guardando in faccia la realtà, per quanto orribile possa essere.

Assieme, con lealtà, noncuranti della morte
che potrebbe sorprenderci ovunque, improvvisa:
in qualche oscuro sotterraneo,
tra gli orrori più indicibili
o nella galoppata verso la gloria.
